At Colored Organics®, we want you and your little ones to love every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unwashed and unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to download and print your prepaid shipping label, or opt for a QR code for a printer-less drop-off experience.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Place your unwashed, unworn organic garments in their original packaging and securely attach the shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier. Once we receive and inspect your items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
